In an era of great instability and rapid change in the paradigms on which civilization is based, with the Human being challenged by himself and by the advent of Artificial Intelligence, there is a need to understand the why of things, before even thinking about how to do them.
From the mix of the teachings of gurus Norman Bodek and Ritsuo Shingo, ancient and modern wisdoms, the authors' 30 years of experience, and the cultural encounter between West and East reinterpreted through the filter of Lean thought, a path emerges that leads to investigate the Human to its deepest point. This research is intended to help build the basis for entry into future Humanism. The book does not provide closed answers, but the inspiration to know how to seek and ask oneself many key questions.
